Unworn and unwashed merchandise can be returned within 7 business days of your order delivery date. Glory To God Creations does NOT offer refunds if items have been torn, worn, discolored, or damaged in any way. However, we will offer store credit which you can use towards a future purchase. All returns must be submitted via our online returns center. https://www.GloryToGodCreations.com

Item(s) must be in their original condition. No clearance or sales items, bodysuits or swimwear, or any type of undergarments will be accepted. Return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide return shipping labels.

EXCHANGES

We will accept exchanges on items that have been opened. "Sightly used" means that you have opened and tried item on ONLY. We can offer store credit, please reach out to Dee@Glorytogodcreations.com as this will be a case by case basis. Items cannot be discolored or damaged and must be in good condition.

RETURNS PROCESS

Once your return is submitted via our online portal Here, it will be in review. After your return is approved you will receive a follow-up email containing instructions for returning. To reiterate, we do not offer refunds and we do not accept returns of items that are not in their original state.

Upon receiving your returned item(s), we will inspect it for defects and/or signs of wear. If we detect that the item(s) has/have been worn or damaged, we reserve the right to deny your return.

Once we've determined your item is in good condition you will be emailed store credit information. Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed and finalized. Due to the volume of orders that we receive daily, we cannot guarantee that your return will be processed on the day that it is received. Once your items have been inspected, we will issue a store credit via email that can be used for future purchases.
